Summer 2026 rental fees:  $3600 a week, Saturday afternoon, 4 pm  to Saturday morning, 10 am, with an additional $175 cleaning fee. A security deposit of $300 required, returned after the rental.

Dates:  Contact the owners for dates you are interested in to determine availability.

To and From the Island:  A boat is not included in the rental. Renters must provide their own boat, or rent from  a local marina. We are happy to provide information on rental possibilities. A water taxi service is also available in the area.

There is a one slip boathouse that can fit a boat with up to an 8.5 foot beam. While there is docking outside the boathouse for at least two additional boats, these docks are not protected from the wind and currents, and are best used for short-term docking.

Pets: Welcome

There is no smoking allowed in the cottage, and no outdoor fires are allowed on the property.

About the Owners: Abbey Lodge is a family cottage owned by Thomas Brown and Tom Mousin, and Tom’s sister, Gwen Mousin.  As owners, we are committed to caring for the cottage and the surrounding  property as its past owners have done so over so many years.
